In order to encompass all kinds of charitable and social activities it was necessary to form various wings under the umbrella of Ananda Balaga. Each wing is headed by the Convener selected from the executive Committee of twenty members. The Conveners with the consent of the Executive Committee constitutes the respective wing to carryout specific objectives and reports the activities undertaken once in every month. During the term 2020-2022, following sub committees were formed:

1. Cultural Wing ( Samskruthika Vibhaga )
The object of this sub-committee is to draw out the annual calendar for cultural activities. The sub-committee shall conceive, arrange; execute cultural activities under an annual plan submitted to the finance Sub-committee.

2. Youth Wing ( Yuva Vibhaga )
The object of this sub-committee is to draw out the annual calendar for program for youth development and youth cultural activities. This sub-committee shall conceive, arranges; execute cultural activities under an annual plan submitted to the finance Sub-committee.

3. Education Assistance Program wing
The object of this sub-committee is to draw out the annual calendar for program for youth development and youth cultural activities. This sub-committee shall conceive, arranges; execute cultural activities under an annual plan submitted to the finance Sub-committee.

4. Public Relations Wing ( Sarvajanika Samparka Vibhaga )
The object of this sub-committee is to draw out plans for the public relation activities. The functions under this sub-committee include membership development, maintaining membership records, handling grievances from members and outsiders, co-ordination of matters with other member and non member establishments, representing the Balaga at meeting convened by other connected associations etc.The annual budget for the functioning of this sub-committee is submitted to the Finance sub-committee while reporting to the executive committee once in every month.

5. Religious Wing ( Dharmika Vibhaga )
The object of this sub-committee is to create awareness on religious matters to the members and public by arranging lecturers, organising discourses by eminent personalities, arranging to impart knowledge on Vedas and Upanishads with an intention that quality of life in enriched. Annual budgets are submitted to Finance sub committee and reporting is done to the Executive Committee once in every month.

6. Mahila Vibhaga
Ananda Balaga- Mahila Vibhaga is a separate and independent wing. Mahila Vibhaga has its own elected committee and is independently managed.
Mahila Vibhaga undertakes activities for women such as imparting knowledge on health food preparations and cookery demonstrations, conducting weekly music classes for devotional songs, cultural and harmony promotion by way of arranging educational tours of historical places. A bureau for matrimonial assistance is also operated by this Vibhaga.
